Lavandin Organic Essential Oil from Greece offers a delightful fresh, sweet and floral scent. Lavandin is a natural hybrid between Lavender and Spike Lavender. While it shares some therapeutic qualities with Lavender, its slightly higher camphor content makes it more invigorating for boosting blood flow and soothing aching joints and muscles. Diffused, it can also promote respiratory wellness.

Origin & Production

The oil is extracted by steam distillation from the flowering tops of Lavandin plants at the Vessel Distillery in the village of Thermi. The Lavandin is organically grown by farmers in different regions of Greece.  One acre of Lavandin can yield roughly 1800 kg of raw material, which in turn can produce about 26 kg of essential oil.

Aroma 

Fresh, sweet and floral, this lavandin oil is beautifully balanced, with linalool and linalyl acetate bringing sweet floral nuances and low levels of camphor lending fresh notes without the harsh camphoraceous undercurrent common in lower grade Lavandin oils.
