KOTANICAL Lavender Spike Essential Oil is one of the main species of the Lavandula genus, it is similar to true Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), but it's lance-shaped leaves are broader and rougher and the flower is more compressed and of a grey-blue color. Very deep in aroma, not your typical Lavender.
USES:
Adults: add 5-35 drops to 10 ml of carrier oil for local application.
Add 4-12 drops to a bowl of steaming water/facial steamer and inhale deeply for 5-10 minutes.
For diffusing, add 10-15 drops to diffuser.
For massage, add 2 drops to 20 ml carrier oil.
For skin care, add 1 drop to 10 ml carrier oil.
Start with lowest number of drops; increase as desired.
