"I think it's an amazing product. It gives great control for working deep into tissues. It has a natural healing effect & smells great. I use it a lot with Female athletes and they absolutely love it." Wayne, Galway, Ireland

This balm has been formulated, developed, and tested with practising massage therapists. The unique formulation of this balm allows you to slightly grip muscles and surrounding tissue during deep tissue, and myofascial massage. The balm is used for work on specific body areas and is not intended as an all-over massage balm. The balm is made with an arnica concentration of 8%.

This balm has the exact same texture, consistency and absorption as the popular Arnica Calendula Balm, giving a non-greasy finish to your massage treatments.

Deeply warming Arnica Montana has long been used to soothe muscle and joint pain, and relieve sprains and inflammation. After exercise it relaxes the muscles, relieves stiffness and stimulates circulation.

    Benefits of Arnica

    • Reduces inflammation while giving a pain relieving effect
    • Support muscle recovery and relieve sore muscles
    • Relieve bruises, swelling, sprains and strains
    • Relieves Arthritis Symptoms

    How Does Arnica Work?

Arnica works with the body’s healing mechanisms to stimulate circulation to areas affected. Arnica increases blood flow and oxygenation to tissues which in turn removes waste products that can pool in many parts of the body. Arnica’s properties disperse fluids from bruised tissues and stimulates white blood cell activity which is responsible for fighting inflammation and enhancing nerve healing. Treatment is also very beneficial for easing stiff joints and muscles, allowing you to move more freely. Arnica can also help with burning and tingling sensations common to neuropathy.

Home Usage: Massage a small amount of the balm into the affected area 3-4 times a day. The best results are obtained when the arnica balm is actively massaged in whilst being applied. This helps to promote circulation.

Arnica should not be used on broken skin, when pregnant or when breastfeeding, or aged under 12.
