Storing your Flying Wild Balms

With treatments at a standstill during the present crisis I have received several questions from therapists about how best to store their balms.

The balms are best stored in a cool dark place. If you can, place them in a sealed container to minimise contact with air. Flying Wild balms are handmade with unrefined organic oils, as such they are more sensitive to oxidation than other Reflexology and Massage waxes made with chemically extracted and refined oils - they need a little more love and care!

If you have balms in EcoPots then, over time, the balm will work into the container and will darken the colouring of the pot. This is perfectly normal and will not affect the quality of the balms in any way.

Flying Wild balms have a Best Before date of 12 months after the balms are made - this is regardless of whether the pot has been opened or not.

Should you have any questions about your balms please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Wishing you all the very best during this very challenging time.
